Our tyre building machines incorporate state
of art PLC control. Complete operation is programmed and auto/jog facility is
available. Position control through pulse encoder in conjunctions with PLC
ensures productivity, precise control, improved quality and easy setting.
In auto mode after execution of each step,
only one common step execution push button/foot switch is actuated to execute
next step. Step number display is provided.
Dynamic breaking for all 3 speeds available
for main shaft/drum stoppage (A/c variable speed optional).
Standard features include zero drum speed
collapsing systems, spring belted plydown mechanism, flipper stitcher, inner and
outer bead setters, control panel, instrumentation panel foot valves foot
switches etc.
